also known as Seselina or silksel is a contemporary romance author with roots in the Dominican Republic and Germany.

She discovered her love for writing at the age of 13 when she began sharing her work online. Her first story, still written in german at that point, managed to rack up over 1 million reads. In the following two years, Selina wrote three books, all in german.

 

After a long break, she got back to writing during the first months of the pandemic. This time in English, she wrote what would become her most popular and loved work. Her fanfiction “Potter?” currently stands at over 40 million reads. After completion, she wrote another fanfiction as well as her first original work of fiction THE SYSTEM, a dystopian soulmate romance.

 

Currently, she’s preparing for the traditional publishing of her debut novel, LESSONS IN FAKING, which releases on October 25, 2024 in English and German with LYX.
